Terms & Conditions

  1. Company Identity: ADZ 24 is a sole entity and not affiliated or contracted to any other advertising or publishing company whatsoever.
  2. Authority & Liability: The signatory warrants they are duly authorised to execute this agreement and accepts full financial responsibility on behalf of the company/organisation for the stipulated amount.
  3. Payment Terms: The Company must select one payment option at execution; if left unmarked, Option C (Full Payment Upfront) automatically applies. Invoices are payable upon receipt/presentation via EFT or direct cash deposit into the ADZ 24 bank account.
  4. Late Payments & Legal Action: Delayed payments incur a late fee of up to 15%. Continued non-payment will result in legal proceedings without further notice. The client is liable for all associated administrative and legal costs.
  5. In-Person Processing & Execution: The signatory acknowledges and accepts that ADZ 24 operates via freelance agents authorized to present and execute agreements face-to-face throughout the SADC region. Because these transactions are conducted in person, no email correspondence or digital communication trail is required to validate the contract. Furthermore, a physical copy of the executed agreement may be left with the signatory solely for their internal invoice and payment processing.
  6. Cancellations & Automatic Renewals: Cancellations are not accepted once the agreement is signed. This contract automatically renews for successive 12 – 60-month periods based on the agreed term. To opt out, a formal Notice of Rescission must be emailed at least 30 days (or preferred minimum of 28 days) prior to the anniversary date.
  7. Artwork & Media Delivery: Should the signatory or their marketing team fail to supply ADZ 24 with required images, logos, or textual content within 7 working days of agreement execution, the client hereby grants ADZ 24 explicit authorization to extract and utilize media from the client’s official website for advertisement design, executed at the sole and absolute discretion of ADZ 24.
  8. Delivery of Invoices: Invoices shall be dispatched to the client via their registered postal address. In the event that the client does not maintain a valid postal address, the invoice shall be delivered to the client’s physical address.
  9. Invoicing Schedule: Invoices shall be issued in accordance with the specific payment terms mutually agreed upon and documented at the time of executing and authorising the agreement. In the absence of any explicitly agreed-upon payment terms specified at the time of authorisation, the final invoice shall be issued and dispatched to the Client upon the expiration or termination of the contractual agreement.
  10. Effect of Change in Authorised Signatory: The valid execution of the agreement or any renewal thereof by an authorised signatory shall permanently bind the respective company/organisation. In the event that the individual who executed the agreement on behalf of the company/organisation ceases to be associated with, employed by, or authorized to act on behalf of said company/organisation for any reason, such change in status shall not terminate, invalidate, or otherwise alter the company/organisation’s obligations. The company/organisation shall remain fully liable for the performance of all terms, conditions, covenants, and renewals contained herein as if the original signatory maintained their position within the organization.
  11. Jurisdiction and Acknowledgment: The Client hereby confirms that they have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agreed to the full terms and conditions at www.adz20four.com prior to signing, including the specific provisions governing law and jurisdiction explicitly set out in Clause 11. By signing the agreement, the Client irrevocably agrees to be bound by the dispute resolution forums outlined therein, which designate either the Kingdom of Eswatini or the High Court of South Africa (KwaZulu-Natal Division) or the competent Magistrates’ Court within the Province of KwaZulu-Natal (whichever court holds statutory jurisdiction over the nature or monetary value of the claim), depending on whether the Client’s country of origin is local or international.
